Personal Data Processing Agreement

Providing personal data, the customer agrees to its processing, storage and using according to the law of the Republic of Kazakhstan # 94-V dated 05.21.2013 "About personal data and their protection" for the following purposes:

• user registration on the site;
• implementation of customer support;
• user receiving information about marketing events;
• fulfillment of obligations to the Customer by the Seller;
• conducting an audit and other internal research in order to improve the quality of services provided.

Personal data means any personal information that allows to establish the identity of the Customer, such as:

• name and surname
• birthday
• phone numbers
• email
• post address

Customer's personal data is stored on electronic media exclusively and processed using automated systems, unless the situation when the manual processing of personal data is necessary due to the implementation of the law. The Seller undertakes do not transfer the personal data to third parties, the exception for the following cases:

• if the government agencies asks to provide Customer's personal data;
• if the partner of the Seller need Customer's personal information to provide service which is a part of grocery delivery service.

The Seller reserves the right to amend these rules unilaterally, provided that the changes do not contradict to the current legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Changes to these rules come into force after their publication on the Site.
