Dear customers, we are happy to welcome you at grocery.kz. We are a married couple who decided to open a family business in Atyrau to deliver grocery products to the customers' homes. We've worked and studied a lot before starting of this business. We have managed the projects funded by International organizations and European union. We've visited Germany, the Czech Republic and the Netherlands as a part of the work experience exchange. We worked in Russia for 3 years, where we participated in large projects in Moscow, St. Petersburg, Sochi and Kazan. The gained experience has allowed us to understand about establishing of good relationships with suppliers, creating of effective supply chains and building of good customer service, as well as some useful knowledge in the programming and IT security.
Opening this business, we try to develop it on honesty, friendliness and responsibility. We work directly with suppliers and stores, so our products are always fresh. We try to deliver such grocery products as we would buy them for our using. Therefore, each product is tested for physical condition and shelf life. We value the health of our customers very much, therefore we deliver products that have passed the appropriate audit.
We love our clients, so we try to listen to their wishes. We are expanding our product range constantly, so if you want to see certain products at our website, please let us know about it and we will place it at grocery.kz.
We try to deliver each order within 2-3 hours after placing of the order. Therefore, each order is delivered by our own delivery service, which is under our control. In this regard, we guarantee that the products will be delivered on time, but if the delivery takes longer, we will let you know about this.
If any product from your order is not in the warehouses or shops of our supplier, we will honestly notify you about this and offer an alternative product. If you will not be satisfied with the proposed replacement, we will remove it from your bill.
We also love nature and enjoy cycling, so we try to be responsible in the environmental protection. In this regard, we are trying to reduce using of plastic in our business. We abandoned plastic bags completely and we are using only paper bags, which should have a positive impact to the ecology. Therefore, you also contribute to the protection of the environment by using of our service.
