How we'll work for NY holidays 2025

Dear customers, we wish you Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!

Our team is very grateful to you that you use our service and we will try to make it better every year. We wish you and your family members good health, family well-being and success in business.

Please be informed about how we'll work next holidays:

Atyrau

• 31.12.2024 – we will work from 10 am till 4 pm, so all orders placed after 4 pm will be delivered 02.01.2025 in the afternoon.
• 01.01.2025 – we will not work;
• 02.01.2025 – we will start to process orders from the noon, so first orders will be delivered in the afternoon (approximetely between 4.30 and 5.30 pm).

We will start to process the orders for customers in Atyrau as usual starting from 03.01.2025.

Tengiz

• Because 2nd of January is Thursday and short work day, all orders for Tengiz placed Sunday after 11 am (29.12.24), Monday (30.12.24), Tuesday (31.12.24), Wednesday (01.01.25), Thursday (02.01.25) and Friday (03.01.2025) before 11 am will be delivered Friday (03.01.2025) evening.
• 05.01.2025 (Sunday) - the orders placed Friday (03.01.2025) after 11 am, Saturday (04.01.2025) and Sunday (05.01.2025) before 11 am will be delivered;

We will start to deliver the orders to customers in Tengiz as usual at Thursday and Sunday starting from 06.01.2025.
