There is a sachet with mushroom sauce inside package.
To prepare this dish, you will additionally need:
1. mushrooms champignons - 300 g
2. milk / cream 10% - 100 ml
3. sunflower oil - 2-3 tablespoons
4. hard cheese, greens - to taste
Ingredients:
1. fusilli pasta: durum wheat flour for premium pasta, water;
2. sauce: water, sunflower oil, alcohol vinegar, glucose, salt, thickeners, sugar, mushroom mixture, onions, green onions, milk protein, dried herbs, spices, egg yolk, yeast extract, soybeans, wheat, acidity regulators, maltodextrin, antioxidants , dyes, flavors, flavor and aroma enhancer monosodium glutamate, preservatives (potassium sorbate, sodium benzoate).
Сooking method:
1. Add pasta to boiling salted water.
2. Cook for 7-9 minutes.
3. Cut mushrooms into thin slices and fry in warm sunflower oil.
4. Add sauce, milk or cream to the mushrooms, stir and simmer for 2-3 minutes. Add boiled pasta, mix thoroughly, heat and remove from the stove.
5. Put on a plate, sprinkle with grated cheese or herbs as desired.
