Product description

Beshbarmak is a traditional meat and flour meal of Central Asia countries. This meal is chopped meat with noodles resembling lasagna. Potatoes, onions and spices are also used as ingredients.

Kazy is a homemade meat product made from horse meat. This sausage is made from fatty horse meat with spices. All ingredients are stuffed into the horse intestine. Fatty meat from the ribs is used for the preparation of kazy.
